There are both physical and mental health benefits from having a habitually clean home.

Physical Benefits of a Clean Home:
  1. Promotes Good Health: A clean, disinfected environment helps eliminate bacteria, viruses, and germs.
  2. Reduces Allergens: Dusting and vacuuming help minimize dust, dust mites, and pet dander.
  3. Lessens the Occurrence of Mold: Regular cleaning can help detect and prevent the spread of disease-causing mold.
  4. Prevents Bug and Pest Infestations: Cleaning helps prevent bugs and pests from making your home their home.
  5. Safety: Tidying and organizing makes your place safer for you, your children, and your guests.

Mental Benefits of a Clean Home:
  1. Reduces Stress: A clean and organized environment encourages feelings of being rested and restored. You’re not thinking about your long list of “to-do” items at home; you’re doing what you love!
  2. Promotes Satisfaction and Productivity: A recent study in Psychology Today written by a Harvard medical doctor concluded that keeping a clean environment “helps us feel better about ourselves, it keeps us productive and it may very well keep us physically fit!”
  3. Invites Community: You’re always ready for company, and your house is as welcoming and hospitable as you

De-Cluttering & Organization Services

Are you ready to de-clutter and organize? Let us help you with that, too!

Our company president and founder, Marisol Ruiz, wisely spent three of her four college years employed by other cleaning companies, being promoted and given responsibilities to manage employees and customer relations. She then founded M.R.E. Cleaning Services, and now with more than twenty years as President and C.E.O., she has used those leadership and organizational skills and has formulated a process by which she directs a team of trained professionals in organizing and de-cluttering for M.R.E.’s clients.

Marisol oversees and directs the entire organizing and de-cluttering process by performing the following steps:
  1. Working with a client to establish a checklist of organizing and de-cluttering services to complete.
  2. Establishing guidelines on keeping, donating, and tossing items.
  3. Assigning a team member to each room being organized and de-cluttered. This team member will be in charge of that specific room, but will report back to Marisol with an open flow of communication.
  4. Re-checking with the client throughout the process to make sure the client is fully satisfied with both the process and the progress.
  5. Providing a flow map to the client, which in essence shows how the rooms have been organized and de-cluttered and where kept items within those rooms are located. This map is especially helpful for clients with younger children and/or teenagers at home.
  6. Leaving the home organized and freshly tidied!

Which Cleaning Frequency is Right For You?

Weekly: A weekly or biweekly cleaning is the best way to keep your home always looking its best. To establish recurring service, an initial one-time deep cleaning is performed to get your home to the level where we can easily and efficiently maintain our standard of cleanliness.

We already have the best prices around, but when you schedule a regular cleaning service, the prices are even better! The more often we come, the more you save. During our initial visit, based upon what Marisol or one of our field managers observes and how your home is being used, they’ll determine if a spring/deep cleaning will be necessary. (A spring deep cleaning falls under the general check list provided below).

Monthly: Our monthly service goes one step further by offering additional services to you such as changing bed linens, loading the dish washer, and/or washing dishes in the sink, spot cleaning surfaces, baseboards, trim work, interior windows, doors, and cabinets/drawers, just to name a few!

This service is usually performed monthly, but is not limited to our weekly or bi-weekly frequent clients.

Periodic Deep Clean: Deep cleaning can be very specific. We always schedule a time for further communication with you prior to this service. Here are some commonly requested services.

Deep Cleaning List:
  • Inside refrigerator
  • Ceiling vents
  • Ceiling fans
  • Under sink
  • Inside oven
  • Inside kitchen drawers and cabinets
  • Blinds: Dusting or deep cleaning them
  • Baseboards: Washing by hand
  • Walls: Washing them down
  • Carpets: Spot cleaning
  • Grout: Deep cleaning
  • Leather: Cleaning

One-Time Clean: We understand that each of our clients has unique needs and preferences. During a one-time cleaning appointment/service we will clean your home according to your specifications. We will use specially chosen products that are safe for kids and pets, as well as environmentally friendly.

Whether you need us to come by before the holidays, before a special event, or just to get your home to a maintenance level clean, we can help.

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning : Our comprehensive move-in/move-out house cleaning services vary significantly based on the state of the property.

We have three sections of service for move-in/move-out cleaning: Bathrooms, kitchen, and all other rooms. See below for a brief description of each.

Bathrooms: Thorough cleaning of the home's bathrooms including tub, shower, sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, light fixtures, baseboards, inside and out of cabinets and closets.

Kitchen: Extensive cleaning of the kitchen area including the inside and outside of cabinets, inside and outside of all appliances including oven and refrigerator, detailed cleaning of counter tops, floors, and kitchen sink.

All Other Rooms: Full cleaning of all other rooms includes vacuuming and dusting window sills and remaining carpeted areas, and washing all floors and baseboards.

Note: You may change cleaning options based on your budget and time frame.

A La Carte Cleaning:
Several of our a la carte services include cleaning behind refrigerators, ranges, washers and dryer.

Dryer Vent Cleaning: Dryer vents are extremely important because they need to exhaust hot, moist air to the outside, preventing heat buildup inside your house/building and allowing the dryer to operate at peak efficiency.

We essentially eliminate any damage to your system by using compressed air to push contaminants along the system, then use a high-powered suction device which pulls the waste into a filtration system designed to trap the debris.
