Initial Cleaning:

Detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, lunchroom, and hallways including:

  1. Dusting: High and low dusting of horizontal surfaces including desks, window sills, cabinets, etc.
  2. Vacuuming: Carpeted areas including edges, under desks, and behind doors.
  3. Wiping Down Surfaces: Desks, file cabinets, trash cans, doors, cabinets, and any clear horizontal areas.
  4. Cleaning and Sanitizing: All telephones, including cradles and receivers.
  5. Brushing and Crevice Vacuuming: All upholstered chairs and sofas.
  6. Wiping Down: Legs and bases of chairs in office areas, etc.
  7. Cleaning: All ceiling and HVAC vents in offices.

Special Services:

We offer services that go “above and beyond” to meet your organization’s specific needs. Price quote will be given upon request.

  1. Green Cleaning Products: Our non-toxic environmentally safe green products are used with micro-fiber rags to clean and disinfect areas such as closing stations, office phones, desks, etc.

  • Sweep hard surface floors
  • Detail dust (low and high areas)
  • Spot clean all walls, light switches, and doors
  • Spot clean carpets (i.e., spills)
  • Detail vacuum all carpets, including corners and edges

  • Clean both sides of door glass and wipe down door frames
  • Vacuum welcome mats

Monthly:
